You decide. Every room has 3 fear levels. Scariest: a professional guest actor throughout the game (an extra 50 ₪ for a group of 2 to 4, or 10 ₪ a person from 5 up), the lights off most of the time, 3D sound and light physical contact. Medium fear: jump scares and effects, no guest actor. Not scary at all: the same set and the same puzzles in full light, with no frightening characters (a version for families and kids). And at every level, every group has a safe word. If anything feels wrong, saying it stops the game at once.
Both are highly elaborate and of the same quality, and at the scariest level both are very scary. “Friday the 13th” is considered the harder one and asks for more teamwork: five horror films inside one game. “The Last Scream” is considered slightly easier, and a little scarier: the set of one horror film, seven connected spaces, and the masked killer already inside. That is our impression from experience; some people get more frightened in the other room.
Absolutely. Every room has 3 fear levels to choose from: the not-scary-at-all level is a version for families and kids, on the same set and with the same puzzles, and we tune the scary levels to your group. Tell us in advance who is coming. A child celebrating a birthday gets 20% off.

Yes. We warmly recommend reserving your spot as far ahead as you can, to secure the session on the day and at the hour that suit you best.
In short: payment is settled on site, in cash or by card.
The ticket covers the full game: 70 minutes inside the set, a briefing before and a debrief after, at any of the three fear levels. Extras: the guest actor at the scariest level (50 ₪ for a group of 2 to 4, or 10 ₪ a person from 5 up; free for soldiers) and a memory video of your session (100 ₪ per group). A child celebrating a birthday gets 20% off. You pay on site, in cash or by card; on the site you only leave a card for the deposit.
Please note: a cancellation less than 24 hours before the game, for any reason, carries a cancellation fee of 200 ₪ charged to the card, even if the booking was made that same day. Arriving more than 40 minutes late counts as a no-show and carries the same fee, whether or not you entered the game. The cancellation fee cannot be moved to another date. The game itself runs about 70 minutes straight, and before you go in you get a briefing of a few minutes. Please note: do not come early. Arrive exactly at the hour stated in your booking. There is no need to come earlier, since you would simply sit outside and wait, and of course, being late is strongly discouraged.
The arrival time is binding: it covers a proper briefing, some housekeeping (so you have time for a coffee and the restroom), and your 70 minutes in the room. We try to absorb small delays, but we never cut into the group after you (just as we would not cut into your time because the team before you was late). So if you are late, it may shorten your time inside the room. In addition, a delay of more than 40 minutes is charged 200 ₪, even if it was possible and you chose to stay and play the remaining time.
No. Full transparency: entering our escape rooms with mobile phones or any other electronic device is strictly forbidden. Since it would only get in the way of you and the experience, we lock your personal belongings in a safe locker until the game ends.

We are at 3 Yosef Levi St., Kiryat Bialik: a 3-minute drive from the Kiryon mall, about 8 minutes from Hutzot HaMifratz and 12 minutes from Lev HaMifratz. Free parking at the entrance, and the Metronit and buses a short walk away: Metronit line 1 stops at Kiryot Central Station and Neve Ganim, and lines 1, 11, 13, 271 and 272 at the Acre Road Haifa / Rafael stop.
The venue is open every day, from 18:30 in the evening until 05:00 before dawn. Need a different hour? Most of the time we can arrange other hours too, in advance and subject to availability: send a request for the hour that suits you through the calendar, and we will get back to you.
