Team Building in Haifa, Israel: An Escape Room for the Whole Team
For team building in Haifa, LOST’s horror escape rooms in Kiryat Bialik, 10 minutes from the city, give your team 70 minutes of puzzles together: 2 to 15 players a room, both rooms at once for bigger teams, and a fear level for everyone.

Why an escape room works for team building
A team dinner usually means a long table where everyone talks to the people they already sit next to. An escape room doesn’t let that happen. A door locks behind you, and your team has 70 minutes to decipher puzzles, find hidden items, collect keys and get out. The game moves forward only when you work together, so the quiet developer and the loudest person in sales end up solving the same lock.
It also shows you things about your colleagues that no meeting will: who cracks a code first, who spots the detail everyone else missed, who surprises the whole team. Phones stay in a locker until the game ends, so the work chats can wait, and the funniest moments come back at the next coffee break.
It suits teams that rarely share a room, too: business teams in Haifa split between home, coworking spaces and an office at Matam, the high-tech park at the city’s southern entrance, often with colleagues who are new to the country. The game gives a social event a clear shape, with a briefing, a goal and a debrief, and since the briefing can be given in English, international colleagues know the rules from the first minute.
From a Google review by Anton Zaitsev: “We came for a company team day, 12 people… We took the risk, and found out this is not just a regular escape room, it is truly huge!”
How big is your team? One room or both
Each game takes 2 to 15 players, and it is private: only your colleagues are in the room. A bigger team splits into two groups that play at the same time in our two rooms, side by side, each with its own host. Afterwards, by arrangement, everyone can get together in the covered yard, which takes events of up to 35 people. It works for a small product team and for a whole department from Haifa, the Krayot or anywhere in the North.
The Last Scream
The set of one horror film, seven connected spaces, and a masked killer who is already inside. Difficulty: hard, with a 35% success rate. In our experience it is slightly easier than the other room, and a little scarier. More about The Last Scream
Friday the 13th
Five horror films in one game: you crack a puzzle, move on, and find that the film has changed. Difficulty: very hard. It asks for more teamwork, which makes it a strong pick for a team day. More about Friday the 13th
Both sets are equally elaborate. If you book both rooms, compare notes afterwards: some people find the other room scarier.
The best fear level for a mixed team
Some of your colleagues love horror films; others can’t sit through a trailer. The story and the puzzles stay the same at every level: you decide how close the nightmare gets, in the booking form.
| Level | What happens | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Not scary at all | The same set and the same puzzles in full light, with no actor, no frightening characters and no jump scares | Teams who came for the puzzles and the atmosphere; families and kids too |
| Medium fear | Effects, surprises and jump scares, with no guest actor in the room | Teams who want adrenaline without an actor next to them |
| Scariest | A professional guest actor throughout the game, the lights off most of the time, 3D sound and light physical contact; for an extra fee | The bravest teams |
Safety comes first at every level: each group has a safe word, and saying it stops the game at once. Tell us in advance who is coming, and we will tune the scary levels to your group. If your team wants the full horror, read our guide to scary escape rooms in Israel.
How to plan a team day in Haifa
- Count heads. Up to 15 people play in one room; with more, you need both rooms at the same time.
- Pick a time. We are open every day from 18:30 to 05:00, so you can come straight from work in Haifa, or later, after a team dinner.
- Book early. Reserve as far ahead as you can, especially if you need both rooms. You can pick a slot in the booking calendar; for a quote for a larger group or a business event, message us on WhatsApp or call 058-6777333.
- Plan what comes after. With our event packages we take care of a hosting area, decorations, music and refreshments, so the game becomes a full social evening.
- Arrive exactly on time. A short briefing comes before the game and a debrief after it. There is no need to come early, since you would only wait outside, and if you are late, your time in the room may be shorter.
For a business booking, the company gets an invoice and a receipt. You pay on site, in cash or by card; when you book online, you only leave a card as a deposit.
The briefing in English
The briefing before the game can be given in English, Hebrew, Russian or Arabic: just tell us which language suits your team. New to escape rooms? Our guide to escape rooms in Israel covers the basics.

Frequently asked questions
Can we come during the day?
We are open from 18:30 to 05:00, but a different time can usually be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Send a request for the time you want through the calendar, and we will get back to you.
What if some of us scare easily?
Choose “Not scary at all”: the same puzzles in full light, with no actor and no jump scares. And the safe word works at every level.
Can we cancel a booking?
A cancellation less than 24 hours before the game, for any reason, carries a 200 ₪ fee charged to the card, and arriving more than 40 minutes late counts as a no-show, with the same fee. So agree on the date with the whole team before you book. More answers are in our FAQ.
What else is there to do after the game?
Since we are open until 05:00, the game fits easily into a longer night out. For ideas, see our guide to things to do in Haifa at night.
